TVS Motor has launched the TVS Max 125 in Bangladesh in this April 8, 2019. It’s a different featured commuter motorcycle from the TVS. It designed quite a different targeting the economic markets. Hence, covering the details we are herewith TVS Max 125 Feature Review.

TVS Max 125 – Design & Appearance
The TVS Max 125 is commonly a typically designed street commuting motorcycle that comes with a nice looks & appearances. It featured solely for commuting. Hence, the design and other features are focused to serve better in daily commuting. Further, as obviously being a different model it carries few differences than other existing same range of TVS motorcycles.
Whatever, at the first look, it’s a nice-looking motorcycle that designed pretty including nice color and sticker jobs. But while observing the motorcycle carefully, a wide range of similarity found with older Phoenix and Stryker model.
Here, the nice and oval-shaped fuel tank is grabbed from the older Phoenix 125 model. But it covered with new decals and shades. After that, the rest of the body part is quite the true copy of existing TVS Stryker 125.
Therefore, overall the TVS Max 125 got a new look and design with rounded fuel tank, sporty headlamp, tail end, and segmented seats. Here, one thing we should denote again as the motorcycle featured little different than the other TVS commuters. The differences are visible on the wheels of the motorcycle and overall dimensions.

Frame, Wheel, Brake & Suspension System
The Max 125 structured on a single cradle frame. Ignoring a minimal dissimilarity, the frame is the same frame used in Stryker 125. Whatsoever, the wheels are of the Max 125 is the most unmatched part of the motorcycle. Its 19” in front and 16” at the rear which is quite unusual in the street commuter. Further, it provides easy movability on odd streets or uneven roads.
Whatever, the wheels are equipped with 6-spoke alloy rims with a narrower dimension of street tires. Here, the front wheel featured with 240mm hydraulic disk brake. Hence, at the rear, the brake is a conventional 130mm drum type.
In the suspension system, the TVS Max 125 comes with regular telescopic fork suspension in the front. The rear setup is series spring loaded double unit those attached with swing arms. Hence, in terms of the wheel, brake and suspension setup it's quite an economic setup that profiled for daily commuting.
Max 125 – The Engine Feature
The TVS Max 125 comes with a single-cylinder, air-cooled, and four-stroke engine. The engine is precisely a 124.53cc engine with SOHC 2-valve setup. Hence, the engine is the same engine used in other models of TVS 125 commuter series.

Therefore, the carburetor fitted engine can produce the maximum power of 8.10KW of power and 10.8NM of torque. Further, the Echo-thrust engine also tuned for better fuel economy. Hence, overall, it’s a fuel economic engine that provides a decent amount of commuting power and performances.
