TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd launches the brand new TVS Apache RTR160 4V with Smart X Connect in Bangladesh. This is the new upgrade for TVS Motorcycles in Bangladesh which comes in with some cosmetic changes.

TVS Launches Apache RTR160 4V With Smart X Connect In Bangladesh

TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd did a digital launching program for this bike, the online launching event were hosted by Mr. J Ekram Hussain, Managing Director of TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd & Mr. Biplob Kumar Roy, CEO of TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd.

The new Apache RTR1604V still gets the old 160cc single cylinder 4 valves oil cooling engine which will produce 16.3 BHP @ 8000 RPM & 14.8 NM of Torque @ 6500 RPM. The bike will have a carburetor fuel supply & will feature a 5 speed gearbox.

This will comes with some cosmetic changes, chief among them is the new headlight design with claw-styled position lamps & houses LED main lamp which TVS believe will offer class leading light penetration & will have a wider coverage area.

This bike also feature GTT( Glide Through Traffic) which will help in low speed city traffic riding. This GTT system lets the bike to move with a slow release of the clutch lever but you don't need to twist the throttle. The bike can move freely up to 3rd gear, this bike won't stop suddenly compared to previous generation bikes.

The new bike also get duel tone seat, feather touch start, wave bite ignition key, aerodynamic claw shaped mirrors & smart Xonnect instruments clusters which through Bluetooth.

Through a phone the rider can connect to the Bluetooth, through which the rider can check the lean angle mode, tour mode, navigation, race telemetry & crash alert which will send SMS to emergency contracts when the bike detects a fall.

Apart from these most of the technical changes of the bike will still remain the same, the bike will still feature telescopic front suspensions with a Showa branded rear monoshock suspension, rear 130 section tyre which now is raidal, rear tyre hugger & double barrle exhuast.

The weight of the bike is now is 149 kg. TVS Apache RTR160 4V with Smart X Connect will be available across all dealers in Bangladesh with a price of 1,86,900 BDT (Single Disc) & 1,96,900 BDT (Duel Disc).
