Hero motorcycles are one of the leading motorcycle brands in Bangladesh in the commuting motorcycle segment. Today they launched the brand new Hero Ignitor 125 2020 with IBS in Bangladesh. The market price of this bike will be at 1,28,990 BDT.

Hero Ignitor is a very popular 125cc motorcycle in Bangladesh from Hero, when it came it had lots of interesting features which many motorcycles in its segment didn't had. This year they introduce an upgrade version of the bike. The new Hero Ignitor 125 now comes with some new attractive features:

• IBS (integrated braking system) with Bybre caliper
• New rear split grab rail
• Rim Tapes.
• 3D logo on the fuel tank
• New sporty graphics.

Adding the IBS (integrated braking system) will help the the bike to be more efficient under braking. At the front there is a 240mm disc brake added with that rear 130 mm drum brake. The bike features tubeless tires but it also has an unique feature which not many bikes in this 125cc commuting motorcycle segment have 90 section rear tire.

Along with other features, they have added a powerful 125cc engine in the bike which produces 11 BHP @ 7500 RPM & 11 NM of Torque @ 6500 RPM. The bike has an 11-liter fuel tank. It gets telescopic front suspensions with hydraulic shock absorbers while on the rear there is a 5 step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers. The bike has semi-double-cradle type chassis. With all those features the bike has a weight of 127 kg.

The bike has a halogen headlight with LED taillight. It also features an analog speedometer with a digital fuel gauge. We tested the old Hero Ignitor which you can see in the Test Ride Review of Hero Ignitor 125.

The long seat is comfortable too for a long-distance ride & also due to suspension & tire you can go very good high-speed cornering with the bike. In our testing, we found a top speed of 110 kmph with a city mileage of 52-55 kmpl while on the highway we received a mileage of maximum 60 kmpl (if not ridden in a rough manner). After the lock-down sales of commuting motorcycles have increased a lot in the 100-125cc segment. Hero Ignitor will add a good competition in the market with newly added features.
