Yamaha FZS Fi V2 Dual Disc 3500 KM User Review – Wasim Ahmed
I am Wasim Ahmed. I live in Mirpur, and currently, I am riding the Yamaha FZS Fi V2 Dual Disc bike. The bike is currently running at 3500 km. Today I will share my experience of riding my Yamaha FZS Fi V2 Dual Disc bike throughout these 3500 kilometers.
My first bike was the TVS Metro 100 ES. I like to travel. I like to ride my bike in my spare time. I wanted a bike that would allow me to do long trips in addition to my daily work.
I sold old bikes and went to many showrooms and saw bikes. Finally, my wife told me to take the Yamaha FZS Fi V2 Dual Disc bike. I bought the bike for 2,29,000 / – Taka from crescent enterprise, Mirpur-60 feet showroom.
29-11-2019 is a memorable day in my life. Although the price of the bike is more than my budget, I went to the show-room with my wife, son, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, aunt-in-law, and two cousins to buy the bike at around 4 pm.
Everyone loves the Armada Blue bike. After Maghrib, I got the bike and after taking pictures with my son, I got ready to ride the bike with the key. I can’t explain the experience of riding a new bike. In a word, extraordinary.
I ride home alone. It felt very good. The bike was bought for leisure even after my daily commute.
The bike has an air-cooled four-stroke engine, for which the bike stays cool in a very short time. Blue core engine which will reduce oil consumption. The bike has a 149 cc fuel injection system and weighs 132 kg. Up to 12 liters of fuel can be taken in its fuel tank.
It feels very good to ride every day. So far I have serviced the bike twice from Crecesent Enterprise, Mirpur-60 feet and the quality of service was quite good. I used to get 42 km per liter mileage up to 2500 km, and now I am getting 47 km per liter mileage.
I try to keep the bike clean at all times. I wash twice a month. I give regular lube to the chain. I use 20w40 grade engine oil. I use Yamaha Lube Mineral Engine Oil. From the bike, I picked up a top speed of 99 kilometers per hour.
Some good aspects of the bike –
- Fi system
Some bad aspects of the bike –
- The headlights power are low
- There is no digital watch
- Problems understanding fuel meters
- The sound of the horn is low
I ride the bike on the Dhaka-Mawa highway. On the Dhaka-Mymensingh road, I went to buy cows on the eve of Eid-ul-Adha. I ride 250+ kilometers during rainy days and nights. Alhamdulillah, there was no problem, I am getting a very good performance.
I really like the Yamaha FZS Fi V2 Dual Disc. One thing I believe is that the more speed the more damage. Believe in control, not speed. Everyone wears safety gear and certified helmets. Be good to yourself and avoid speed with others. Thanks.
