After celebrating their 100 years in the automobile industry Rancon Motorbikes Ltd has introduced new colours for Suzuki Gixxer & Suzuki Gixxer SF in Bangladesh. The new colours also comes with a new price tag.
Suzuki Gixxer series is one fo the most popular motorcycle series for sports commuter lovers in Bangladesh. The new bike was launched last year during the Covid Lockdown. The new Gixxer comes with lots of cosmetic upgrades including having a brand new LED headlight & LED tail light. With a redesign speedometer & body kit.
Chassis, suspensions & braking system remains the same for both the variants. They kept the same engine for both the variants. Although they have some variations. The model with the carburator engines has a 155 cc single cylinder SEP BS IV engine which produce 14.6 BHP & 14 NM of Torque. This version of the bike has duel disc brake as standard but has a carburator engine.
The variant with Fuel injection system has the same engine but now has been backed up by a Fuel Injection system. This variant has BSVI engine which helps to emit less pollution in the enviroment. This engine chunks out 13.9 BHP @ 8000 RPM & 14 NM of Torque @ 6000 RPM.
Attached with the front wheel is a single channel ABS. Gixxer was the 2nd bike in the Suzuki lineup with single-channel ABS after introducing it with Suzuki Intruder.
For both Suzuki Gixxer & Gixxer SF Suzuki has introduced 3 new colour options, Pearl Mira Red, Metallic Triton Blue & Sparkle Black. Just for Suzuki Gixxer SF Suzuki has introduced a special colour, Triton Blue Silver to celebrate 100 years of Suzuki in the automobiles industry.
