Aprilia is a company that started its journey by making cycles right after the second world war. Later on, this Italian company went on the make scooters, low capacity motorcycles, and then went on to build high capacity bikes such as the 1000cc beast Aprilia RSV Mille. Aprilia is marketed in Bangladesh through Runner Automobiles Limited. Runner Automobile Limited brought the Aprilia Café 150 to Bangladesh in 2020.
Aprilia Café 150 is a scrambler that is designed accordingly. The bike is built with the front suspension slightly slanted. The bike has an elevated exhaust, as all scramblers should have. The handlebars are also made quite upright and high so that the bike can be easily scrambled. The bike also has air scoops on both sides of the tank, which allows more air to flow to the radiator of the bike.
The Aprilia Café 150 comes with a very informative instrument cluster. The instrument cluster consists of a speedometer, an odometer, a fuel gauge, an RPM counter (analog), and other necessary indicators. The odometer is designed to be quite minimalistic that gives the front a clean look.

It has a possible mileage of around 40-45kmpl on average.
The Aprilia Café 150 also has a basic wet multi-plate clutch system. There are 6 gears for the transmission, which means the power at downshifting during overtaking will be much more. It is expected to have a top speed of around 120kmph.
Brakes, Suspensions, and Wheels:
The Aprilia Café 150 comes with a dual-disc combination of brakes. The front wheel has a 300mm disc brake, which is dual caliper and radially mounted, and one of the very few bikes with a radial-mount caliper. It consequently increases the braking performance of the bike by miles. The bike has a 220mm rear disc brake. The brakes of the bike are the most exciting factors of the bike.
The Aprilia Café 150 comes with a telescopic fork set up at the front and a mono-shock suspension at the rear. The front telescopic forks are expected to respond well on the road. The rear mono-shock is also expected to perform quite well. The bike will hold quite well at the corners. The bike has good enough suspension for Dhaka city and also for the highway.
The Aprilia Café 150 has alloy wheels. It has 100/80 and a 130/70 tire setup. The front tire is quite good for a 150cc bike. The rear wheel is also quite good. This wheel would allow the bike to lean comfortably during cornering and also during emergency braking.
The Aprilia Café 150 is targeted towards scrambler lovers. The bike is quite strong and is not recommended for beginner riders. This bike will attract youngsters that want to buy a good classic bike. This bike is perfect for veteran riders who will go on long rides now and then.
