An electric battery is a device consisting of two or more electrochemical cells that convert stored chemical energy into electrical energy. Each cell has a positive terminal, or cathode, and a negative terminal, or anode. In a motorcycle or any type of automobile vehicles battery is an essential part. This essential part is used to supply electrical power to the vehicles. So in a word it can be said battery is an electrochemical cell that can be charged electrically to provide a static possible for power or released electrical charge when needed. Although the term battery technically means a device with multiple cells, single cells are also popularly called batteries.
