Suzuki Gixxer SF double disk is one of the most attractive bike in Bangladesh among youth. Its looks and quick acceleration and powerful reliable engine make the bike mostly successful in this country. Though the price tag is little bit high but still compared to its rivals, the price is perfect if we consider its performance.

Overview: Rancon Motor Bikes LTD have officially started importing Suzuki motorcycle in Bangladesh from India in mid 2014. In 2015 Gixxer came to Bangladeshi market and in a short time they become very successful. The bike falls under street sport category. With dual disk braking system, the bike performs better in breaking. The Moto GP edition is little bit unique in graphics.
Design: Suzuki Gixxer SF is mostly known for its attractive design and full fairing body kits. Each and every sharp corner is eye catching. Its attractive graphics and body kits make the looks even better and stable in high speed.
Engine and Transmission: Suzuki Gixxer’s sharp torque and mid-range power ensure better acceleration and sporty handling. It is powered by a four-stroke 155 cc single cylinder 2 valve air cooled engine which can produce a maximum torque of 14 Nm @ 6000 rpm and maximum power 14.8 ps @8000 rpm. The engine is carbureted and it has kick and electric both starting system. The bike is equipped with 5 speed transmission system. The engine is one of the most powerful engine in this segment and it has the ability to perform better compared to its rivals.
Body, Brake & Suspension: The bike has rear disk brake and its double exhaust note make its look much sportier. The bike is equipped with 100/80 – 17 – Tubeless tyre in the front and 140/60R – 17 – Radial Tubeless tyre in the back which provides better grip in speed and in hard braking condition. Front 41mm large-diameter front fork and 7 step adjustable rear mono shock suspension make the bike more comfortable. Wheel base of this bike is 1330 mm.
Ground clearance of this bike is 160 mm which is pretty much fair enough for Bangladeshi road condition. Seat height of this bike is 780 mm which is perfect for average height people. Kerb weight of this bike is 135 kg and it has 12 Liters fuel capacity which is pretty fair enough for daily usage and short tours but for long tours, it could be a problem for refueling. Short pillion seat is not comfortable enough for long tours.
