The brand-new ‘Sports Tourer’ bike to be announced by Bajaj is the Bajaj Discover 125 ST, a revamp of the previous Discover model (Source). The Discover 125ST, or Sports Tourer as Bajaj calls it, is the company’s attempt at introducing a bit of fun to the boring commuter segment. This bike can is equipped with a 124.6cc air-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine and can produce 12.8 Bhp @ 9000 rpm and torque about 11 Nm @ 7000 rpm and gives a mileage of 60 km/l in highway and 50/55 km/l in city.

Design: Bajaj Discover 125 ST is Assemble/Made in Bangladesh. The sleek, well-formed cowl is complimented by the wide, eagle-eyed headlamps and up-lifted pilot lamps. As suggested by the ‘Sports Tourer’ name, Bajaj has been inspired by the athletic design of other bikes in this price bracket.  Its newly designed front mudguard has a sharp, chiseled appearance and the revamped fuel tank is generously curved without being excessive.

The Bajaj Discover 125 ST is outfitted with an entirely analogue instrument console, which is standard for vehicles in this class. All of the instruments are clear and highly readable, with a prominent odometer, speedometer, fuel gauge and trip counter.

Engine & Transmission: The Discover 125 St is powered by  air-cooled, Single Cylinder, 4-Stroke, DTS-i 125cc engine can pumps out  12.8 Bhp @ 9000 rpm and 10.78 Nm torque @7000 rpm. This engine is mated with a five-speed manual gear box with all gears down shift pattern.

Its ignition system is Digital CDI-capacitor discharge ignition. Its starting method is only electric. Its fuel supply system is carburetor. It has wet multi-plate type clutch.

Body, Brake & Suspension: Bajaj Discover 125 ST has semi double cradle frame and its overall dimension is Length 2035 mm, Width 714 mm and height 1070 mm and its wheelbase is 1305 mm. This Bikes kerb weight is about 121 kg. At the front, the bike is equipped with 200mm petal disc brakes, and at the back you’ll find 130mm drum brakes.
