111cc Hero Scooter – HERO DUET

Hero launched Duet in September last year in India and so far it seems to be the most stylish scooter from Hero Motocorp. The scooter will have a metal body in association with a newly upgraded 110cc engine which will give out 8.3 BHP & 8.3 NM of torque. According to test results the scooter will give back a mileage of 64 km/l and will have a fair enough top speed to ride safely with comfort.

The scooter will feature an external fuel tank to save space under the seat which will have a big enough space to store your helmet or bags, the under seat storage also feature a mobile charger through USB and a small lamp to help during night time. Both the seat and fuel lid will be open through a remote control to help make things easier.

Both the front and rear tyres are tubeless and will feature integrated braking system for more efficient braking, among the other safety feature the scooter will get tubeless tyres with analog speedometer as standard.

As this prime moment you will ask why Hero will launch two near about same scooter in Bangladesh, well the core reason is despite on paper they are the same technically in terms of design and looks they are quite different. To me Hero Duet is more feminine scooter while Maestro as the same refer is slightly more masculine in design.

Slowly and steadily scooters are becoming very popular among a class of people in Bangladesh, these types of people searches comfort and carry capacity in a bike rather than SPEED, they also love the fact that in scooter you don’t need to change gears every now and then and you are free from the pressure of learning to release the clutch.
